Todd Wall began his acting career in April of 1986. He first appeared in his high school production of Grease (1986) as Doody and later in The Philadelphia Story (1986) as Alexander Lord. Around the time Todd was finishing his BA degree at Montclair State University (1992), he landed the lead role in a student written/directed play Just Drowning (1992) as Gary. From there, he moved into his most dramatic role to date starring in the Somerset Valley Players production of Equus (1992) as Alan Strang. Two more highly acclaimed roles at SVP would soon follow: Jimmy in The Rainmaker (1993) and Jay in Lost in Yonkers (1994). Todd then made his national TV debut on The Guiding Light on April 13, 1994. In 1995, Todd relocated to New York City where he participated in a staged reading as the role of Ozzie in The Companion of Cyrus. He then returned to the soap world with a recurring role on As The World Turns (1996). That same year, he landed a couple of TV promo spots. First, he appeared on Fox NewsChannel promo (FOX-TV) as Geoffrey and then on the Cartoon Network as Johnny Bravo-ite. Shortly thereafter, he appeared in several feature films such as The Devil’s Advocate (1996), Conspiracy Theory (1996), Prince of Central Park (1997), U.S. Marshals (1998) and the independent film, Dating (1999) as Frank DiLorenzo, Dawg’s Lost (1999) as Victor, and (the Penny Marshall film) Riding In Cars With Boys (2001). In 2003, Todd starred in the lead role as Edward B. Sherman in Saturday Night At Madam Wing's, the third segment of the film called Full Moon Fables (2004). In 2004, he was cast as a young Steven Speilberg for the film Courage & STUPIDITY (2005), a comedy about the making of JAWS (1975). In early October 2004, Todd appeared on Law & Order (1990-present) as CSU Shea in a scene with Dennis Farina and Jesse L. Martin on NBC. More recently in October 2005, Todd filmed a speaking role on the HBO series The Sopranos (1999-2007), which later aired on April 23, 2006. His recent theater credits include a critically-acclaimed performance in Orphans (1998) as Philip, a “stand-out” role as Rob in Admissions (1999) which was directed by Austin Pendleton, a debut appearance at the Lincoln Center's Clarke Studio Theatre as Rick in The Beloved Dearly (2000), a major role as Irwin in the Westhampton Beach Performing Arts Center's production of Panache (2000), a repeat performance of Orphans (2003) but this time as Philip's older brother, Treat, and most recently as Lou in 29th Street Rep's Lenny & Lou (2006). From 1995-2001, Todd also studied with some of the finest directors and producers in the business including Wynn Handman, Marci Phillips (ABC Networks), Darci Picault, Louis Sheeder, Alfred Molina, Uta Hagen, Karen Kayser, James Calleri, Gene Feist, Paul Leishman, and Joe Ross. In Molina’s class, Todd was one of 7 actors and 7 actresses chosen from over 300 applicants. Todd’s commercial credits include a principle role for Eclipse Mints (2004) as well as the lead role of Jack for the company Urban Fetch (2000).
