Cancellation Policy:
All clients reserve the right to cancel a sweepstakes contest promotion using the HollywoodPrize.com data engine at any time. However, Online Promotions Group requires 24-72 hours advance notice for all service or product cancellations. At which point, cancellation of service or products will be automatically granted for any reason. Promotions will then be purged from our system immediately and all auxiliary services or products will be discontinued per that user's account. Contestants will be disqualified and notified immediately of the cancellation and no prizes will be awarded. See our Refund Policy below in respect to cancellations.
Refund Policy:
Online Promotions Group (Cinnamon Entertainment Group LLC/Butterflyvista, LLC) reserves the right to deny refund requests. Some refunds may be granted in cases where theclient has been overcharged, misquoted or used our services for a very short period of time with no results. Documentation of such activity must be provided by the client. Each individual refund request will be reviewed by Online Promotions Group (Cinnamon Entertainment Group LLC/Butterflyvista, LLC) on a case-by-case basis. If a refund has been granted, the client may reorder our services without penalty or choose to cancel the client account. In such cases, refunds will be charged back to the client's credit card on file within 24-72 hours from the time of the request or will be processed a check from Online Promotions Group (Cinnamon Entertainment Group LLC/Butterflyvista, LLC) via US Postal mail for all invoice orders.
