What if I don’t have a graphic designer? Does Online Promotions Group / HollywoodPrize offer any templates I can use?
Yes, HollywoodPrize offers free standard templates that you can use at any time for each of our 10 Art Categories as well as for Real Estate, Recruitment, Luxury, Travel and Games Sweepstakes, Contests or Event Registration. We also have 2 standard templates for Music or Film Festivals.
Can I hire Online Promotions Group / HollywoodPrize to design a custom template for me?
Yes but fees vary - depending on the design. Please contact us for a price quote.
If I buy this service, can I design my own Classic Sweepstakes Contest Page? If so, what are the requirements?
Yes, as a Sponsor on HollywoodPrize you can upload your own custom graphics for your Sweepstakes Contest page. There are three assets required: Header Image, Footer Image and Background Image. You can use the same graphics for both Sweepstakes Contests or elect to use different graphics each time. It’s up to you.
Header Image:
Your Header Image must be 785 pixels width x 591 pixels height in .jpg or .gif file format only.
Footer Image:
Your Footer Image must be 785 pixels width x 291 pixels height in .jpg or .gif file format only.
Background Image:
Your Background Image must be 1400 pixels width x 4700 pixels height in .jpg or .gif file format only. Please ensure your background image has a left margin of 305 pixels width, a solid color of your choice in the middle (for the HollywoodPrize system generated Entry Form) of 791 pixels width, and a right margin of 304 pixels width.

Can I link to any videos or other rich media on my Sweepstakes Contest page?
Yes, as an option, you may link to 1 (ONE) Rich Media file hosted on your site or other 3rd party site in either MP3, Flash (swf), Windows Media (.wmv), Quicktime (.mov), MPEG file formats only.
What if I want to sell products (e.g. t-shirts, DVDs, mugs, etc)? Can I include a Click-To-Purchase link?
Yes. You may include a link to your products page on your site or other 3rd party site from your Sweepstakes Contest page. It is a HollywoodPrize site rule that no Contestant (Fan or Artist) shall be chosen, considered, weighted or discriminated on the basis of purchasing goods or services from a Sponsor (your company) or one of your vendor partners. Contestants who purchase your products merely do so on an optional basis irrespective of your Sweepstakes Contest.
What about Link Partner websites? Can they be added to my Sweepstakes Contest page? If so, what are the specs?
Yes, you can add up to 8 (EIGHT) Link Partner websites to your Sweepstakes Contest page. Each Link Partner can upload a 90 x 90 pixels button to HollywoodPrize and you can approve each partner button to appear just above your footer image. The buttons will appear in 2 rows with 4 buttons per row and link to each respective Link Partner website. Tracking can also be added to each link.
