How Will These Services Be Measured?
- Google Analytics - OPG will track your Artist’s Sweepstakes Contest page using Google Analytics and can provide detailed reports on visits, page views, time spent on the page, bounce rates and of course the number of "leads" (i.e. Fans) captured
- Demographic Reports - For those Fans / Consumers that are willing (on an optional basis) to provide HollywoodPrize with their personal details, OPG will also provide you with real-time statistics on their age, gender and geographical location that have entered your Sweepstakes, Contest or Event Registration
How Much Does It Cost?
Depends on the service. The Digital Marketing & Technology fees are in addition to the Sweepstakes, Contest, Event Registration, Festival and Casting services. Additional fees for graphic design (optional) not included below.
- Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Display Advertising
There are two fees to consider: Media and Service.
You decide your Media Spending Budget and OPG will invoice 15% of your total Gross Media Spend as the service fee for managing these campaigns. Includes media buying / planning, keyword research, day parting, creative copy and dynamic insertion.
- Mobile and/or Email Marketing
$500 per every *75,000 records per month (for deployment and tracking)
- Note: You must provide the list(s). Your list must include Email or Mobile opt-in recipients or OPG will not accept the business. If you do not have a list, OPG encourages you to run a Sweepstakes, Contest, Event Registration, Festival or Casting first on HollywoodPrize and send blasts to opt-in entrants or artists to create these lists.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
$1000 flat fee (per every 25 webpages on your site)
OPG recommends that each page be optimized once and remain unchanged for a minimum period of 6 months in order to see improvements in indexing and rankings. This service includes XML Site Map creation / submission, Rich media optimization for universal search, meta data, H Class and Alt tags for Google and Bing.
- Movable Type Blog Installation
$1000 installation fee (optional **$150/month maintenance or support fee available; custom design fee varies)
OPG will install a Movable Type 4.2+ blog on your server. If you don’t have a hosting provider, OPG can recommend one within your budget. You will receive your own login to publish blog entries, edit / manage user comments and syndicate an RSS / atom feed. Price only include base installation. ** Additional fee for I.T. support or custom design.
$100 minimum set-up fee plus $2 CPA fee for each registrant captured
OPG will scour the Internet for Fans / Consumers that fit your Artist or brand by leveraging an aggressive grassroots online campaign on such popular social networking sites as Facebook, MySpace, YouTube, MeetUp, Ning, LinkedIn, Plaxo, and Twitter. Our goal: to drive registrants to your Sweepstakes, Contest, Event Registration or Casting page. We will create a duplicate registration page to ensure that these registrants are segmented from your regular registrants. Includes a one-time set-up fee. Separately, you will be charged a CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) fee for each registrant we capture - not the total amount of hours it takes us to capture them.
$500 per website *** includes up to 8 Link Partners
OPG will contact webmasters of up to 8 (EIGHT) small non-commercial websites to place your banner, button, or link to promote your Sweepstakes, Contest, Event Registration, Festival or Casting. These sites can place (at your option) a 90x90 pixel button (linked back their website) on your HollywoodPrize registration page (except for Casting). You may be required to offer additional prizing to secure these Link Partners. These webmasters will also be given an account on HollywoodPrize to manage digital assets, images and links.
