Questions?....

Travel Traffic is broadly categorized into 3 "seasons".

The Date you depart from your departure city determines the season you would be traveling in and NOT when you make your reservation or purchase your ticket.
Few airlines price their fares based on the date of departure, travel AND the return date of travel.
On the right are the approximate dates of seasons, they can change and can differ from airline to airline.
EUROPE: Extends from November 1st up to December 14th, also December 25 th up to March 31st
AFRICA: Extends from Jan 15th up to March 31st
AUSTRALIA: Extends from Apr 1 st up to Aug 31 st

More expensive than low season fares but cheaper than high season.
EUROPE: Extends from  April 1st up to May 31st and also  September 16th up to October 31st
AFRICA: Extends from April 1st up to May 31st and also September 1 st up to December 14th
AUSTRALIA: Extends from Mar 1 st up to Mar 31 St. and Sep 1 st to Nov 31st
This is the "you've GOT SEATS?" season. One of the busiest travel periods of the year. Travel planning and reservations well in advance is advised.
EUROPE: Extends from December 15th up to December 24th and also June 1st up to September 1st
AFRICA: Extends from December 15th up to January and also 14th June 1st up to September 1st
AUSTRALIA: Extends from Dec 1 to Feb 5th

In Coach class, different airlines have different "designated letters" (inadvertently called classes) to be booked for consolidated fares. e.g.. V, T, Z ,K ,L ,M etc. These are ALL STILL COACH CLASS.
If seats are unavailable in lets say "M" on a certain date, sometimes you can book let's say "L" for a premium. You would be still traveling Coach by paying the premium .
Therefore it is advised to book and reserve in advance to avoid paying premiums when there are a shortfall of seats.

HELP TOPICS:

Consolidated Airfare - The airline industry sells airfare inventory through two basic processes, contracted fares and published fares. The contracted fares (more commonly known as consolidated fares) are negotiated fare agreements between the airline and the travel corporation, based on prior volume of production or promised revenue of sales.

Electronic Ticketing - E-tickets provide a way for the traveler to pick-up their tickets directly from the airport counter, without the hassle of losing, damaging, or misplacing their paper ticket (s). The process is quite simple. After a purchase is made from Air-Supply, with your consent, we will send your itinerary directly to the airport through the CRS (computer reservation system). You will receive an itinerary number, which you will give to the airport clerk with proper ID and he/she will issue your ticket (s).

Custom Itinerary - We at Air-Supply understand that not all travelers agree with the routes given in itineraries pre-made. Knowing that you the traveler have special needs, we will customize your travel plans in order for you to travel where you want and when you want. Along with customizing your travel route you have no obligation to minimum stay requirements. All we need from you is your exact travel plans. Fill in and submit the travel request form and we will return your request within 48hrs. with an e-mail of your itinerary and any stipulations that may apply.

Validity - A minimum 2 night or Saturday night stay is required depending on airline fares being used. Max stay is 30 days. Incase of a voluntary change of the return date, rescheduling must be within 30 days of the departure date only. All fares are NON-EXTENDABLE.

Mileage Accrual - All airlines award frequent flyer mileage on airfares based upon their own mileage program, which contain certain rules and stipulations.

FAQ's:

Are there any restrictions on these airfares? As long as the fare is electronically ticketed, domestic US fares can be booked at anytime. Regular paper tickets must be purchased 3 days in advance. If there is a need to reissue a ticket, there will be a $200.00 fee and possible change in ticketing due to airline stipulations and availability. Any changes made on the return trip will require a fee of $75.00 and must follow the minimum and maximum stay guidelines. All fares are subject to availability and are NOT guaranteed until purchased.

Are airfare tickets refundable or transferable? Tickets are NON-refundable once they have been issued. Please firm up your travel plans prior to the purchase of your tickets. Airline rules vary, however, you will be charged a penalty if you need to change your tickets after a purchase has been made.

Can I change my ticket (s)? Yes, your ticket is changeable, but will result in fee penalties and possible changes in ticketing. Air-Supply fares are usually highly discounted, therefore, flexibility for canceling or changing your scheduled itinerary is rare.

How do I contact Air-Supply about any changes, complications or problems with my ticket (s)? If there is a need to change your ticket, no need to worry, you can either e-mail us at: reservation@air-supply. com or call us at: 212-695-1647 or 800-671-9961.

Are taxes already included on searched fares? The fares displayed on the result page are NON-taxed rates. When purchasing applicable Airport Departure/Arrival Taxes (Approx.$12-$85 per person) will be computed.

Are price rates different for Children and infants? An infant is a child under two years of age and does not occupy a seat. Once a child has reached two years of age, he/she must be seated in an approved seat. One infant is permitted to travel free of charge on domestic US flights with each adult fare passenger at least 12 years of age. For each infant there-after, there will be a charge of a child's fare whether or not he/she occupies a seat.

Can I request a specific seating arrangement? Reserved seats are offered by airlines for most flights prior to departure. You can specify whether you would like window, aisle, or no preference. In order to request a seat ahead of time with Air-supply, just fill in the request form and in our "other travel request" box, let us know what seat you would prefer. The Airline allocates only 40% of seat assignments prior to the flight and reserves the rest (60%) for airport check-in only, hence requested seat assignments cannot always be guaranteed.

Do I need to check-in at the gate, if so, what do I need? If you have reserved a seat, you must check-in. Reserved seats are subject to cancellations if not claimed at least 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure time. At check-in all passengers must show positive identification. Ticket (s) must be in passenger (s) name. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Should I be home in order to receive my tickets by mail? When having paper tickets mailed, you have the option to either have someone sign for the tickets when they arrive or you can complete the signature waiver form to authorize a no signature required for the delivery of your tickets. Otherwise, tickets may not be delivered prior to departure. We cannot be responsible for misdirected tickets. You may be charged a penalty to redirect your ticket.
