  For each new role you create in HollywoodPrize, you will be assigned a breakdown code. Simply publish your breakdown code in your official breakdowns and only those Agents and Managers with legitimate access to your breakdowns will be able to submit their artists to you. This would include the Artist's "pitch" or the reasons why you should consider an audition. Track each artist submission including the full contact details of each Artist, his/her Agent, Manager and/or Representative as well as his/her headshot, resume, video reel, contract rate, audition day/time, etc.
• Easy Data Export! -
  Export all of your Submission Data (i.e. Actors and Actresses) to one MS Excel (.csv format) file and its yours to keep. All of your Artist profiles include the Artist's full name, US Postal, email, SMS addresses as well as his/her Manager, Agent and/or Artist's Rep contact details and online survey responses.
• Electronic Ticketing! -
  Track all of your Artist Submissions by using HollywoodPrize's Electronic Ticketing System. All ET numbers are captured in the same spreadsheet as your Artist profile data and each artist will receive ONE (1) ET (via email) for each role you cast. Agents, Manager and/or Reps simply print out the ET number and mail the submission in with his/her Artist's materials. You can even notify the Artist and his/her representation receipt of submission materials online. This is particularly helpful when you need to track offline submissions through US Postal mail.
